The only national ranking of its kind, DiversityInc’s Top 50 survey is an in-depth empirical analysis of corporate diversity management and planning. DiversityInc believes that all people are created equally, and therefore, talent within a corporation should be equally distributed.  The annual Top 50 Companies for Diversity listing is an editorial process, entirely driven by metrics obtained in a detailed survey. Companies ranked in the listing demonstrate consistent strength in four areas: CEO Commitment, Human Capital, Corporate and Organizational Communications, and Supplier Diversity. 

Chubb made the Top 50 list in 2005, 2003, 2002, 2001 and 2000.   In 2007, Chubb made DiversityInc's "Top 25 Noteworthy Companies" List.
